The Kays Group - Real Estate - Homes For SaleWith 30 + years experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Broker, Owner and Investor. and specializing in Home Sales, Investment Properties, and Home Loans, I have gained a wide spectrum of experience and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry as well as having experience in Relocation, Bank Owned Properties, and Short Sales.  Having owned and operated many Real Estate companies, both independent and franchised, some very large, some medium and some small.

Since being involved in many transactions, both personal and assisting agents, and gaining a lot of experience in negotiating and creative financing, I bring a lot of useful information to my clients and associates as well.

Being a Resident of Rancho Murieta since 1984, playing golf and other outside activities as well as being with and enjoying my family is very important to me. Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Business Administration at California State University was completed after my time in the U S Navy.  Being a veteran has given me a great amount of satisfaction in being able to help new veterans get the benefits they have earned and deserve.
